Phase 1 - Intake

    • We review & schedule a call

  • Call will confirm job scope & project goals

    • Allows us to create a quote and materials lists

    • After the call - We present project contract & waivers

Phase 2 - Project Starts

  • Education & Demo time!

    • Break down the larger project into easily accomplishable and trackable tasks - Allows you to see and celebrate your progress!

    • How-to’s for the tasks & tools needed to accomplish them.

  • Hands On!

    • Q&A/extra demo time – Your turn to try the tool and the task.

  • Homework Time

    • You got this! Use the tools and knowledge you’ve gained to accomplish the tasks.

  • Site Visits to check progress

    • We come back to check on progress.

Phase 3 – Rinse & Repeat

  • Most projects have layers to tasks that can’t be taught all at once

    • Additional materials lists if needed

    • Additional task & tools education & demo

    • Additional homework assignments with site visits after each

Phase 4 - You did it!

  • Celebrate!!

    • We do a final site visit to review all tasks with high fives all around!

  • Follow-up call with survey & referral request

    • We loved working with you & would love to work with more people like you!
